(“EDGAâ€) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commissionâ€), pursuant to Section 19(b)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (“Actâ€),1 and Rule 19b-4 thereunder,2 a proposed rule change (File Number SR-CboeEDGA-2024-003) to permit the use of the Post Only order instruction at prices below $1.00.
